Our Founder CEO/Dean of Acedemia
Dr. Charles D. Lacy, CEO and Founder of Theocracy School of Divinity, is a mission-driven pastor with more than 45 years in ministry and leadership. He founded the school to equip leaders through sound biblical education, fostering healthy church culture, organizational development, and community engagement. His academic credentials include a B.A. in Theology (Tennessee School of Religion), Doctor of Theology and Doctor of Religious Education, Doctorate in Christian Counseling.
Dean of Registration/ Vice President
Dr. Willie Adams Jr. serves as Dean of Registration at Theocracy School of Divinity in Houston, Texas. A Houston native and 1984 graduate of Evan E. Worthing High School, he honorably served in the United States Army as a Military Police officer from 1987 to 2008, retired as Master Sergeant and earning the Bronze Star for combat service in Iraq. He holds degrees at Central Texas College, the College of Biblical Studies, and Theocracy School of Divinity, presently pastoring New Jerusalem Church.
Executive Officer
Dr. Max A. Miller serves as Executive Officer of Theocracy School of Divinity in Houston, Texas, and Pastor of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church, Houston. A Milby High School graduate, he attended Prairie View A&M University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Theology, a Bachelor of Science in Christian Leadership, a Master of Theology, a Doctorate of Religious Education, and a Doctorate of Divinity. City of Houston Public Safety Advisory Committee, and Commissioner with the City of Houston Housing.
CFO / Instructor
Patrick N. Myles, Sr., D.Min. serves as Chief Financial Officer and Instructor at Theocracy School of Divinity. He is a theologian, pastor, and Christian counselor with academic specialization in New Testament studies and spiritual formation. He holds degrees in Theology and Christian Counseling from Theocracy School of Divinity and serves in pastoral leadership at New Star Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, integrating historical-critical context and theological reflection.
